Alnico permanent magnet, an alloy consisting of the metals aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace elements.AlNiCo permanent magnets can be produced by two different processes: casting and sintering. The casting process can be processed into different sizes and shapes. Compared with the casting process, the sintered product is limited to small size. The tolerance of sintered blank magnet is better than casted. The magnetic properties are slightly lower than cast product,but the process ability is better.
